Tia Trophy
Tia Trophy
The Tia Trophy is awarded to recognise achievement outside the show ring. We have always felt that very little recognition is afforded to those hovawarts that achieve in any other areas of life, and as the breed prides itself on its versatility and aptitude in every field of activity, we instituted the Tia Trophy, awarded annually to the hovawart that in the committees opinion, has made an outstanding contribution to showing the breed in its best light. It is named for its first recipient, “Tia”, who reached the heights in Obedience competition, but you will see by the citations that the winners have many and varied achievements.
