Well that’s all done for another year!! A full report of the Hovawart Club Show will be next week but here are the main winners. The judge was Beatrice Holder from Germany who was a delightful lady putting all at ease and was very gentle with all the Hovies. Her main winners were BIS and BD was Duxfortis Harris At Hightimbers owned by Mrs M Spencer, RBD was Mr M Murphy’s Micona Foxtrot. BB & BV Mrs E and Mr J Sharpe’s Quincebois Tulipwood By Pines, RBB Mrs L Lee’s Enormous Viva La Vida. BP went to Miss L Campbell’s Brandanerhof Aragon.

The show was well attended a thank you to everyone that contributed to the Catering with many goodies for all to enjoy. The Rally and Good Citizen results will be in next weeks notes but seemed to be very well supported. The shop, raffle and auction made a good start to our fundraising for the International Hovawart Federation Show in 2027.

At Belfast Show Steve Atkinson took centre stage and his main awards went to; Best of Breed and BD was Davencara Hadriel, owned by Ms D McCarthy and Mr T Foley. RBD Mr M Murphy’s Branderhof Austin. BB and BV Miss J Heffernan’s Ch/Int/Ir Ch Micona Tango. RBB Mr M and Mrs B Bos Ir Ch Micona Coconut Cream. BP also owned by Mr M and Mrs B Bos Brandanerhof Amora.
